Our Executive Chef’s career began at the age of 16, allowing him to learn technique and skills at an early age. He received his first head chef position at 21 years of age a five-star hotel in London. Since then, Chef Darren moved to Finland where he continues to shape his culinary skills of European menus. During his career, he’s had the pleasure of cooking for the King and Queen of Sweden, Elizabeth Hurley, and Hugh Grant.
