An exceptional dining experience for everyone alike. Hotel guests, local businessmen and our locals can enjoy our fresh, seasonal fusion cuisine in the splendid setting of elegant dining room. Diners can also expect excellent pairings from the restaurant’s well stocked wine cellar. The carefully designed menu has been developed by our Head Chef, Darren Woodhams who has been working in fine 5 star hotels in London and across Europe.

JAX RESTAURANT

Our Executive Chef’s career began at the age of 16, allowing him to learn technique and skills at an early age. He received his first head chef position at 21 years of age at a five-star hotel in London. Since then, Chef Darren moved to Finland where he continues to shape his culinary skills of European menus. During his career, he’s had the pleasure of cooking for the King and Queen of Sweden, Elizabeth Hurley, and Hugh Grant.

Create your very own breakfast – get it just how you like it. Choose from fried, scrambled or poached eggs served with brown toast with butter, tomato, and button mushrooms. Or enjoy our fresh-of-the-oven rosemary bread stuffed with potato roti, served with cheese, fried egg, bacon, tomato ketchup, and sausage patty.

Open throughout the day and serving non-residents and guests with heavenly meals and drinks in a relaxed, casual atmosphere, our restaurant features blown glass chandeliers, imaginative artwork, and gleaming leather booths. The soft lighting creates an intimate and romantic setting for drinks and dinner with loved ones and friends.

We have instilled some of Thailand’s history, culture, and beliefs into creating the perfect authentic feel for you. The décor, the artefacts, and all the staff in their traditional Thai silk.
