DOES VERVE HAVE ANY ON-SITE RESTAURANTS?
Verve has 2 on-site restaurants, Jax (English Restaurant) and Blue Orchid (Thai Restaurant). All guests receive 20% discount when dining in our on-site restaurant.
IS THERE ON-SITE PARKING?
Yes, we have on-site parking however please note that the parking cannot be reserved and works on a first come, first serve basis
DO YOU PROVIDE A LOYALTY PROGRAMME FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS?

Yes. For returning customers, we provide a discounted rate as well as a fixed rate for every stay. Please note: this applies only for direct bookings.

IS THE RECEPTION OPEN 24/7?
There will be someone available on the reception to assist you 24 hours a day. After 10:00 there is a night porter available to assist you with any matters.
WHEN IS CHECK IN?
Check in is from 14:00, however for an early check in it is a charge of £10.00 per hour, the earliest check in is available from 12:00 with the charge of £20.00.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY DISCOUNT FOR LONGER TERM STAYS?

Check out is by 11:00.

How much is the charge for a late check out?

A late check out is £10 per hour until 13:00.

Do you have a bar onsite?

Yes, we have an on-site bar called JAX Bar.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we do have free Wi-Fi available for guest’s usage within the public areas of the hotel.

Do you have air conditioning?

Yes, we have a few rooms with air conditioning. Please request specifically for a room with air conditioning via email or messaging through your chosen OTA and the staff will allocate the air conditioning room if it is available.

Do you have rooms with a bath?

Yes, we do have rooms with a bath. Please request specifically for a room with a bath via email or messaging through your chosen OTA and the staff will allocate the room with a bath if it is available.

Do you have a taxi firm?

No, we do not personally have a taxi firm associated with Verve however we can provide you with the contact details of a reliable taxi firm, alternatively we can also book a taxi for you.

How far is the train station from you?

A 5-minute walk away from Verve.

Do you take cash?

Yes, we do accept cash payments however we also take £50 deposits which will be returned to you upon checking out.
